    PROGEST CREAM FOR ALL!

    Males and females need this misnamed "female" hormone, especially as balancing out estrogens, present in the environment as plasticizers and plants like marijuana; and present in the gut from yeast overgrowth from antibiotic use, and also made by body fat, which produces estrogens. Estrogens are even in drinking water, that often contains recycled birth control pill residue. ONLY PROGESTERONE BUILDS BONE! Take D3, K2, and trace minerals like boron, selenium, silica with non-carbonate calcium and magnesium.     Good product to help regulate hormones

    Menopausal oral hormones (estrogen/progesterone) seem to go light on the progesterone. Some of us need a little more to feel better. Progesterone helps with regulating weight as well as sleep. Too much estrogen can cause breast pain and bloating. Use this twice daily as directed and you will notice improvements.
