I was told although this is a discontinued item, it was brand new and sealed. The seal was NOT stuck on but just loosely put on. It also smell awful. Very old and nothing like it should. As most people are unaware that fragrance get old after some time. Smells awful. Will be throwing it away.

Before getting this feedback, I promptly responded to this complaint. To keep the peace, I explained how to initiate a return. She chose not to. I know the item was factory sealed, hygienically stored, and securely shipped. In her own opinion, it's possible the lotion went stale. But I couldn't have known that since it was sealed until she opened it. And I can't confirm the awful smell since she has decided to toss the item. I truly tried to do the fair thing and still do welcome a return.
