I am impressed. Everything was there. I was concerned because the box was beat up from the mail delivery. But, the inside packing protected everything.     HP 3820 DESKJET PRINTER

    THIS IS A VERY OLD PRINTER. WE NEEDED THIS MODEL FOR ONE OF OUR MACHINES THAT IS PROGRAMMED FOR THIS PRINTER. WE WERE PLEASED TO HAVE FOUND A NEW PRINTER THAT WAS THIS OLD. WE HOOKED IT UP AND IT WORKED. THE INK THAT CAME WITH THE PRINTER WAS TOO OLD AND WE REPLACED THOSE WITH BRAND NEW INK AND NOW THE COLORS PRINT WELL.

    My HP Deskjet 3820

    I love this printer. I purchased it beacuse I had the same one at home, and it suddenly died. I had 5 #15 cartridges on the shelf, so I wanted a printer that would use the same cartridges. A must for me is HP's "duplex printing." I print a good number of text pages, and two-sided printing savesa a lot of paper. This printer works just fine.

    Used Printer

    My HP Deskjet 3820 died. I had several ink cartridges for it. All of the printers presently for sale use different cartridges. So to avoid having to throw out several hundred dollars worth of cartridges, I decided to try to locate another HP 3820. This used 3820 works just fine and is printing a manual for me as I type this review.

    Hewlett Packard HP Deskjet 3820

    This printer is very easy to use. The paper loads easily, the ink cartridges are very easy to change. It takes up very little space and is a workhorse. It doesn't print pages as fast as others and the only challenge I have found with the two I have owned is that of clearing "stuck" papers. The mechanism is a door in the back of the printer; it is not easy to remove and if it breaks, the printer is broken.

    Everything works as advertised

    Product replaces a similar printer that had ceased functioning and was a perfect match for an old computer system that I still occasionally utilize. Everything works great.
