Awesome sale, best deal I could find for a complete set!
Found a good condition PS2 console at a thrift store for a steal of a price and wanted to relive the glory days of racing in a Chevy Cobalt with 480p resolution graphics in a game that never understood the concept of head-on crashes being anything worse than a speed bump (or they just didn't care, fast cars are fun and indestructible). I have yet to accomplish my bucket list item of racing against Ronnie on NFS MW thanks to the high level of bounty required to unlock his head-to-head races. I swear that the second I reach the necessary bounty threshold in a police chase, I find myself in an unwinnable situation similar to that of trying to avoid being killed by John Wick, Jason Bourne, The Bride (Kill Bill), and Bryan Mills (Taken). The review I give 5-stars, but I rate myself a 0.5-star ... game is unbelievably fun. appears to be a very looooong game as well. Which is good. It may become a bit repetitive but the challenge is still there. Graphics are very good but not 'state-of-the-art'. The racing is done undercover of the night, so decifering the route is sometimes difficult in the busy city streets. Story mode is okay, but I usually skip that. Buy this game to get your speed fix..!! It's really quite the adrenaline rush! Way better than Midnight Club.....waaaay better..! Playing video games since i've been a kid, knowing Need For Speed since the late 90s which I used to play back in my country. I still follow some of the games of my childhood. Need for Speed Collector's Series it was a must have, now that i own it I'll still be collecting the series. Underground 1 new experience, U2 got to have the sequel and Most Wanted, well speechless. Tuning hot cars, going fast and stories that suck you in as you are part of...i play with my mouth open. Is a must have for Need for speed fans!!!!
I've had this series on my PC and was excited to see it for PS2. The series is really fun and great to play especially on a big television screen. It's quite challenging and will keep one busy for days as you change cars, upgrade car parts and change to different paint jobs on your car of choice. Then it's off to another challenge and try to beat each level!!!!

This is a perfect collection for any NFS fan out there. Need for Speed underground 1 &2 were my absolute favorites growing up. Had to go over my friend’s house to play it cause back then I didn’t have a PS2. Now I’m glad to have them in my personal collection.
