Do not buy this laptop if you're looking to do heavy gaming or editing of any type because you will be sorely disappointed. This is my first Chromebook and so far I'm satisfied with it. My decade old laptop called it quits on me and I decided to go with a more streamlined device for basic things like online shopping, YouTube, and the occasional filling out of online forms. Great bang for your buck!

Other problem is that they use FedEx which is always an unmitigated disaster in my rural area. Probably won't buy anything from Best-buy again due to the shipping delay. Also, the "contact seller" function on their site does not work. I tried to send a message to them and couldn't. Obviously customer service isn't really important to them.
