Ordered a lot from this seller and this has been the only item that came not as described. It was suppose to be new but was an open box with some (not original) tape on it and missing a piece. But we made it work, so I didn’t contact the seller. Every other order I have gotten from them has been great. All ship fast and prices are very good. Will definitely order again. I think they likely had an open box item and a new one and I was sent the open box instead of the new one accidentally.

Great price, very fast shipping! Item was listed as open box (excellent, new condition with no wear), however, the floor lamp I received had been put together, only taken apart enough to fit in box and there were some scratches and a stripped screw. There was no packaging to secure in box and lampshade was slightly damaged. Did not contact seller, damages were minor and it was a great deal. Would purchase from this seller again with hope of better packaging!

The original packaging was taped up as if it had been opened before, but the shirts ARE NEW. Also, the shirts are irregular, which was not in the description, but I'm not nitpicky, so I'm still satisfied with them. The price was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, especially for the quantity of shirts in the pack. I didn't have to communicate with the seller, so my rating about that is a guess. Shipping was satisfactory. I am happy with this purchase, and would recommend the seller based on this experience.
