All m.2 thermal heatsinks were loose and falling off. The socket cover was loose in the box. The motherboard was overall dirty. It looked like someone just ate some greasy smoked beef and touched the motherboard. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused and told me to return the board, which I will not be doing. The socket wasn't damaged beyond what the listing shows. Luckily. Oh and the motherboard came in a FedEx bag. Just the Mobo box and a bag. Will not recommend this seller. >:(

Excellent shipping times and packaging of the motherboard. Bought a motherboard (for parts) but managed to get it to work with some soldering skills and bios flashback. Seller is on point with the description and even identified the damaged part of the board with a sticker. Made troubleshooting the broken component so much easier. Would buy from this seller again in the future!
