This item has never arrived. I contacted seller who said that even though USPS Tracking says they never redceived the item, it was shipped on March 12. Seller asked if I wanted a refund,. I have attempted again and again to respond to the seller to say yes, I would like a refund since the item still has not arrived, but when I click on the Respond to seller link, I get the message “Oops, we have a technical hiccup.” eBay Chat Help does not address this and I can’t speak with live person.
