  • Another Masterpiece

Dr. Adams has crafted another unique work which should really be considered the companion to Fisherman's Coast. This volume is not only a huge collection of saltwater fly patterns, but the actual comparison to the marine life they imitate. The author is also careful to note that the presence of the prey species at any given time of the year is covered in the previously mentioned book. Not a fly tying instruction manual, the materials for each fly are carefully listed, and classification of such as impressionistic or imitation is indicative of the author's attention to minute detail. The reader will enjoy the fabulous photos in each section which seem to make the creatures jump off the page then the specific flies follow.

  • A book any fly fisherman playing in the sea must have.

This is the ultimate book for the subject and providing a lot of details
