While everything about the transaction (buying, shipping time, etc.) was good, the item is terribly made and looks like someone welded it together drunk, on a Friday evening at quitting time. If I were using this hitch for anything more than a light-duty hitch for a trailer behind my golf cart, I would 100% have returned it. I sent the seller a message regarding how crooked it was and didn't even get a response. DO NOT BUY THIS HITCH IF YOU PLAN TO TOW ANYTHING SUBSTANTIAL!
