The packaging was none exsistant as the item was just sent in a plastic bag. No return policy as the address can't be found on UK postal system. The seller refused to accept they were in the wrong desite changing the wording after the sale! but still showing photos of cars not compatible with the parts offered.Deliberately obstructive messaging, eventually resulting in eBay refunding. Avoid this seller!
