Item was described as Brand new excellent condition . When I received (was supposed to be a present) to my surprise the bag was heavily stained with what appears to be oil substance and black spot stains . contacted the seller a few times and the answer was "what do you expect me to do". Now I will try to obtain refund through eBay. I am very disappointed . 'thank you' for NOT supporting us while serving overseas.
