You did not read the listing or did not understand the listing says they were display models. you were expecting brand new in box but the listing says they were display models with some light scratches on the lenses. These were discounted from $329 to $119. I cannot do all my listings in French as well it is up to buyers to read the listing and understand what they are buying.

Sunglasses had a defective lens, which was not shown on the listing photos. Cost me over $100 to get it replaced. Seller offered $20 if I return the defective lenses back so that they can use them in another pair. Seriously!

Sold $279 sunglasses for $98, listing says there are scratches and had marks on the lenses. The photo showed a small dot on the lens exactly like what you got. Demanded a $50 refund. I do not do that, I offered to take the return. Buyer is a dishonest scammer, if you sell to him he will make stuff up to get a refund out of you. Reporting to ebay.
