I received my order in a timely manner in bubble wrap, however the game had some issue in shipping and I needed the item replaced.
The seller not only made sure to tell me he could refund me instantly, but offered to replace it for me. He spared no expense ordering another copy, throwing in another game for the inconvenience, and shipping it in a protected envelope so I wouldn’t worry.
