Real amateur trick. Left neutral feedback before reaching out to seller. All issues resolved by reaching out to Zoom. Seems I wasn t using a data rated cable. Transaction with seller was perfect. Glad to amend feedback. Very embarrassing for me as a 20+ year ebayer

Can I just add that in no way do I blame the seller. Package was intact and undamaged and was obviously new. Just had a small dent (tiny) when unpacked from the sealed packaging. The USB was a hardware issue as identified by Zoom Helpline. Sadly I cant return under warranty as not purchased from a recognised retailer. In summary dealings with seller were exemplary. Packing 100% Comms 100% description 100%. Just sad I cant send to Zoom for warranty repair.
