Seller Notes: “This has been my personal laptop for almost 25 years. I have replaced alot of components to keep it ... “This has been my personal laptop for almost 25 years. I have replaced alot of components to keep it up and running. Its in EXCELLENT condition.I have recently replaced the LCD bezel and Rear Bezel along with brand new old stock hinges. I replaced the palmrest and cmos battery.I replaced the LCD panel some years back as well. The power board inside blew and I replaced that a couple years back. This laptop has always been incredibly easy to work on and thankfully there are lots of parts still out there. This is a vintage plastic laptop so you need to be incredibly careful you dont flex or crack the aging plastic! The HDD tray bezel has a crack but I fixed it with epoxy resin, Same with crack in LCD plastics. Original Spinning HDD was replaced with SSD 2.5" hard drive. I used this laptop with Linux up until last year primarily for serial communications. This has been one of the best laptops I have ever used. It has an ATI Rage Mobility M1 early 3D Graphics card.”
