First time for everything! Do Not Buy From This Seller. First I experienced this apparently not the first time for the seller. Offered a price for a pair of pre-owned Kate spade shoes. The seller approved and accepted the price. I received the completely wrong shoes. Was asked to return them and she will “sort it out”. I returned the shoes, got a refund and not the shoes I purchased. She already sold them for the full price. All I wanted were the shoes. Plus I paid shipping twice!

That is true, first time for everything! According to my records you have been refunded FULLY including shipping. I paid for the return. I did send you the wrong item to which I apologized. As mentioned I was sick over the holidays & not online constantly. This dissatisfied you based on multiple emails you sent along w/ other false accusations. We can share these if you'd like!? Prior to me "sorting" it out, you filed for a return & you were refunded. I don't do bullying! Shoes still for sale!
