The DVD Player works great. The only sad part for me is that it did not come with remote and because it did not say remote not included I thought it would be in box. I new I would have to purchase an HDMI cable but was not aware that I would have to buy remote. However, communication, shipping and delivery was excellent

Item was listed as box distressed - clearly seen in photos. However, when I opened the shipping box there was immediately an overwhelming foul smell. The Breyer box stains (imo) were from cat or dog urine. I immediately took the box outside and threw it in the trash. I washed the model off but there is still a faint foul smell in the plastic. Seller said they don’t believe me. 🤷🏻♀️ Overall the model is in good shape and was a good price, but it was a bad experience.

Additionally, I understand you weren't satisfied with the $20 discount offered(that you begged for it) and felt compelled to make a negative comment.
