    Make sure you are up to code in any work you do in your home.

    This is the 2018 code book for residential and two family dwellings. Has parts of all the codes needed for residential homes... electrical and plumbing. Make sure your state uses this code before purchasing.

    Great to own for reference for code requirements

    I purchased this book for my upcoming new building business. It is fairly new. although, it is code it has some changes that is not in the Residential Building Contracting exam given by PSI. It is needed for reference in building by required state code.

    Essential reference work on electrical installation at the best price I could find--much better than others.

    It’s a building code book. Good if you need it!

    It’s a technical book that you need if you are designing Residential buildings. This 2018 version is the most current one adopted in Virginia.
