The care and efficiency with which the item was packed for shipping has left me pleased, despite being a tad annoyed at the cost (always am). This item is pricy, but reasonable for its class, and quite lovely. My only disappointment is that there is a slight imperfection that did not show on the photograph, but this consists of a light brush stroke, depositing a tiny bit of errant paint, which actually proves its authenticity as a hand painted item! All in all, pleased with seller/item!
