Unfortunately, the Dept 56 coach was not packaged well, so it arrived in about 12 pieces. It also got lost in the mail because the tracking number was too close to the return label. It was shipped ground advantage but the listing says priority mail. Seller was responsive and did work to find the package. Seller issued a refund after I requested.
