It would cost you a fortune just to buy the exotic wood to make them. For under $10 total price, they even inlay them with pieces of seashell and then wrap it in bubble wrap for shipping. They are without a doubt, the best deal on eBay.

Spend 20 to 40 cents on a cardboard box and mail your items properly.
