I tried to contact seller but the message center for this seller would not go thru. UPS stated that they would contact seller about situation. 3 days ago, and still no response from Ebay or seller. Impossible to contact Ebay or Seller. I used PayPal so I have filed a dispute through them. I don't know why there was an error in sending an ebay message or why the buyer didn't file an "item not received" claim rather than disputing payment, but this is the first I'm hearing of this issue. If I had received proper notification I would have immediately refunded the buyer and filed a claim with UPS rather than going through this dispute process. :/
