        Easy to use

        I got this to check my ketone levels. Have checked them twice and it’s easy to use and seems to be accurate. This meter was recommended by Vinnie Tortorich who has a podcast talking about LCHF diet and this is the one he uses.

        Handy Ketone and Glucose Testing

        I just started the Keto Diet and this tool has been awesome in helping me make sure that I am in the correct range for adapted ketosis. It will also check for blood glucose levels which was an additional bonus. The testing strips are pricey but E bay has some better deals where they are not as expensive as other places. I very much would recommend this product.

        I Love My Precision Xtra Blood Ketone Meter

        I use this device almost daily and its a great product. The Blood Ketone strips are pretty pricey but they are worth the price I pay so I can measure my Ketone Levels. Much better device then the Ketonix Breath Meter. In my opinion that is.

        Very happy with product

        Been using my precision xtra for a few weeks now. Very satisfied with the kit besides the lancet. I feel that the lancet is made super cheap and It’s flimsy. The adjustment for how hard it pricks you is not accurate and some pricks hurt worse than others when it’s on the same setting. I have never used a lancet before so I have nothing to compare it to but it’s super cheap.

        Although the product arrived with a flat battery, the product works very well. I had read reviews before buying it and I found that it is a good piece of equipment. It has a good instruction manual.
