Consequently, the exhaust pipe broke off in the front of the model during shipping. I contacted the seller 4 times in order to resolve the issue but he/she never responded. No communication at all from the seller. Besides this issue, the item was as described. I've never had a seller go silent upon reaching out. This is a first for me. Caution recommended.Reply from: 24kc- Feedback replied to by seller 24kc.- Feedback replied to by seller 24kc.I sent a reply telling them that I was out of town for my grandkids graduation and asked them what they felt was a reasonable way to take care of the problem and they never responded to my reply. I would have been glad to work something out with them if the had replied. After the graduations we went on a short camping trip with the kids and there wasn't any cell service there. I would still be willing to work something out with them if they would be willing to remove the negative feedback.
