When I received the phone, it was a black phone and was in bad condition. Then when I requested a full refund, the seller offered me only 10 dollars! I found this to be very insulting and therefore, I had to go to eBay to have this resolved. I would never buy anything from this seller again and I would recommend others not to purchase anything from this seller!
