Good unit, after I updated my network settings. Comfortable, easy to use. Seller communicated well. Overall a good experience.
Right out of the box it sounded tinny and had poor quality sound. Turned out NOT to be the unit, it was my new phone. After resetting the network settings and updating the phone's Bluetooth software, it sounded fine. It's comfortable to wear though it takes a day or two to get use to it. It's heavy enough that it pulls my ears down a bit. They recover, though I'm careful to switch ears every few days. Reasonable range for a Bluetooth, being away from the unit and receiving calls and messages. Thirty feet is pushing it. Suggest you go online and get the full manual for operations. The "getting started" manual does not cover all the things it can do. For example, I wanted to know how to connect to Siri. Had to look it up. Simple when you know how. Love the feature that tells you how much talk time you have left. The charging cord is pretty short. For convenience I put on a USB extension cord (male/female) and made it a three 3-1/2' cord. Charges up pretty fast though I probably haven't used more than 25% of the battery over the course of a day. The ear buds are small, medium and large. Since it only rests on your ear canal and does not go deep in your ear, normal hearing is hardly changed. It is loud enough that you can hear it well over road noise, other conversations, TV, etc. Controls are easy enough to work, once you memorize which does which. Overall, I'm happy with the unit. Only thing I would have made different is the diameter of the piece that actually goes over the ear. Smaller would have been less likely to pull my ear down. Still, very comfortable.

Title says it all; the proprietary "magnetic" charger is laughable and dragged what should have been a 5-star review to 3. Even on previous versions of the Voyager legend, the proprietary charging was available, but micro USB was also present. This version ONLY the proprietary version was available and it soured me a bit to Plantronics, a brand I've trusted for over a decade. The headset itself is - as usual - great. Title says it all; the proprietary "magnetic" charger is laughable and dragged what should have been a 5-star review to 3. Great functionality with cell phone, comfortable, good sound quality / noise cancellation
I've had many of these over the years - historically, these Voyager Legends haven't lasted very long, although they are used very hard in my case (I wear the headset > 8 hours/day, and take it on and off my ear regularly). There was a really annoying bug in the past (with the smart sensors) that killed the mic during phone calls - this seems to be have been corrected (new software releases) Likes: Comfort, light weight, very good noise cancellation, easy-to-use controls (once you get used to them), good sound quality, announces incoming callers (very useful), great range (can leave my Windows phone in the car, and still receive calls from inside the adjacent convenience store - 35+ feet of range.) Dislikes: Battery life slightly overstated (but still very good), magnetic charging (pain ... This does sound a little better in the absence of ambient noise, has great battery life, but a) is uncomfortable in my case, b) lacks the ability to announce callers and c) has controls that are hard to use (unless you're fluent in Braille). So, the inexpensive Voyager is my #1 and the expensive Sennheiser is #2. If I had to guess, the Sennheiser is going to be much more durable than the Voyager (Sennheiser has a rock solid build with no hinged boom to fail).

Nice headset overall
I use this headset in conjunction with my phone's/Google's voice command system. I find it works better than the few options given by the headset when pressing the button on the side of mic. I primarily use this headset at work and I like that I am able to answer or ignore a call completely hands free just by saying 'answer" or "ignore". When I first paired this device to my phone, it would tell me who was calling, but it no longer does that for some reason. I also notice that pressing the button on the side of the mic boom to use the built in voice command is buggy. It will enter pairing mode no matter what I say, so I've stopped using that button except to mute/un-mute a call in progress (another handy feature). In the end I do recommend this headset, but I suggest using the button ... I use this headset in conjunction with my phone's/Google's voice command system. I like this device for the price. The noise cancelling feature on this device works well. When speaking through it others cannot hear what noise is in the background. It also works great at blocking out the noise around me when I have both earpieces in. The issue I have with it is the clip that is attached to it. It really doesn't work, as the sides are constantly coming unbalanced and moving around. So I end up not using the clip to keep it in place and just hook the earpieces to my shirt while not in use. Could use a better designed clip. Quality of the talking and noise cancelling is great though.I like this device for the price. The noise cancelling feature on this device works well.
