    Good alternative to the name brand

    easy to install and simple interface for this thermostat. We wanted one we could access remotely that wasn't the famous brand. The connection to WifI was a little difficult but the tech support team at iDevices was incredibly helpful. Would buy this brand again.

    Does not work with Android

    This product does not have the updated firmware to work with Android devices. In order to use it for Android, you have to connect it to an IOS/Apple device and update the firmware. Then it will be able to connect to Android.

    GREAT PRODUCT FOR A GREAT VALUE

    I LOVE this product. I will warn you it was a bit tricky to set up, even with the instructions. BUT if you call the help number they are in fact VERY helpful and they get to you very quickly. We called two times once because the heat was coming on instead of the AC (it was a simple fix in the setup of the type of AC system) and the other because we had trouble hooking up both our iPhones up to it (the first phone was easy, the second phone was also easy just not the same way as the first setup). This product is also amazing because Siri listens to commands for it. THIS IS AN AWESOME WIFI THERMOSTAT!!!!

    Good for simple applications

    This product is good for a simple smart home application. Their remote access is in beta stage and isn't always reliable. Their tech support is good, but took multiple exchanges to remedy the issue. Over all I do like the product because it does what I wanted it too.

    good working thermostat

    The thermostat was easy to install, the documentation was clear and understandable. Pro, works well, controls are easy to understand and can be remote programmed with home kit or controlled by an iPhone. Con, The fan cycle for cooling causes the fan to stop when the temperature is reached then turns back on for the 30 second delay built into the AC.
