Although I have not read this entire book yet, as it is 2" thick, what I have read appears to be exactly what I am looking for to help me with my gastrointestinal system problems. Anyone on a diet of any kind can find recipes to aid them. The book is also an easy read because it has a great size print. I am enjoying it so far, and will be trying some of the recipes to help me with my medical problems.Although I have not read this entire book yet, as it is 2" thick, what I have read appears to be exactly what I am looking for to help me with my gastrointestinal system problems. I have been to his exhaustive websight and can not get enough of his wisdom. His book is loaded with helpful "food for thought", pun intended. The World Healthest Foods Essential Guide 880 paged is jam pack full of advise on eating right. Knowing what is going to provide the nutrition your body needs. I also ordered his highly sought second edition The World's Healthest Foods. It has 1000 pages, I can hardly wait for it to arrive.
