Absolutely NOT sellers fault for USPS package handling, as it was not placed in the mailbox which is large enough, nor placed inside the screen door, but laid on the porch 12-14 inches away from the door and it rained hard while I was not home. There was slight water in the plastic envelope and the sandal heels were wet but no damage. No need to for pictures here, but will show USPS so they know.
