Es scheint sich um Fake-Ware zu handeln. Auf dem Bild zum Artikel ist ein Original ST Mosfet abgebildet, das Logo ist oben links. Geliefert wurde ein Mosfet bei dem das Logo unten links in die Ecke gequetscht ist. Die Rückseite ist gewölbt und hat teilweise Risse.
