Communication from them was non-existent after that. eBay stepped in and refunded me half the cost and I'm keeping the ugly thing. I had a couple of these lamps in high school, and they cost me around $30 or so at Spencer Gifts in 2000. But, I paid the cost because mine were lost years ago and these are hard to come by.
