    Seller shipped the Item timely and it was received as described. Unfortunately the delivery was late 8.days. This was a birthday gift for my niece and missed the date. Thanks to USPS. When I communicated the seller regarding the problem, he communicated well and suggested that the shipping charges, labels and estimated delivery dates are handled by EBAY. My question is why EBAY does not have a direct access for buyer's shipping issues. Also, EBAY charged $70 for $35 USPS fee, not the seller.
