    The item arrived in working condition. It took a month to get here and arrived with cables in a "rat's nest" that I had to untangle. That said: the item worked as it should and the last one I bought did not. So, even though the seller was not very communicative, and it took a month to get here, even though shipping was more expensive than I thought it should be. I'm still happy to have surround sound again. I would deal again if I had to.
