The elbow clasp is fully plastic unlike the usual Aluminium or stainless steel pole with the plastic cuff pop rivited on. These were the best value crutches in the length adjustment I could find. They represent good value. I have noticed that the cost of crutches has risen by 25% over the past three years. But they still represent good value for money. They were delivered promptly and well packaged.
