    Awesome cheese slicer.

    I have purchased several other cheese slicers (the one with the wire) and had to replace all of them. I saw this reviewed on the TODAY show and decided to take a chance. I'm SO glad I did. This cuts blocks of cheese like butter. My BF loves it also and I want to purchase another one. Hopefully these will be back in stock for the same price. Where has this been all my life???? I can't wait to use it with other foods as well.

    Not worth the money.

    The only thing it cut was my thumb. Its all plastic, except for the blade. It wouldn't even cut soft cheese. They claim its from Germany, but its more than likely from China. Also, I cannot get them to send me a shipping label to return it. Everybody doesn't have a printer to print out a label. Also, its too small to be of much use. Avoid this like the plague.

    Love This Cheese Slicer!

    I absolutely love this cheese slicer! It is a style I have tried to find for many years! It's just like a paper cutter that all offices have except that it is smaller. It cuts nice even slices and is easy to clean up. I am really happy with it and hope to use it for years to come!

    Great Slicer

    I've tried the plastic cheese knife which broke while still new. With its metal blade this slicer is working great. It lets me cut RattleSnake cheese the perfect thickness and size for nachos. This hot spicy cheese needs no pepper slices, only the cheese for very good nachos. The slicer is sturdy and easy to clean. Small enough to keep in the refrigerator with the cheese. I am very happy with it.

    Finally, a sturdy slicer!

    The Westmark Cheese Slicer works like a miniature paper cutter, with a pivoting stainless steel cutting edge supported in an aluminum bracket. The result is a robust kitchen tool that doesn't break flimsy slicing wires and is sturdy enough to handle dense cheeses. The thickness adjustment wheel and gauge is another great feature which lets you adjust slices to whatever you want.
