(I'm caucasian) I've been using the cream since July 15 and the hyperpigmentation on my forehead is still there, even though I wear a baseball cap whenever I go out. The age spot on the back of my hand hasn't cleared up yet either. The cream seems to have gotten rid of a blackhead on my forehead, the only one I've ever gotten on my forehead.
