So Ebay's Global Shipping Program claimed the lamp as a restricted package & undeliverable. Also you can't contact GSP by phone or website to see what the issue is and Ebay Help won't contact them either. I just got an email from ebays GSP the day after saying it can't be delivered or returned to sender & I'll be refunded.
