Item arrived (computer monitor) but without stand so I'm not currently able to use it. The monitor stand was pictured on the Ebay listing but not included in box - so item not as advertised. Its difficult to know if this is a problem with the seller or with the delivery service. So a five star rating for the multiple attempts to to fulfil the order - with eventual success. A happy customer - and a recommendation for the seller. The Ebay system doesn't allow me to change the 'star' rating though.
