Seller stated manufacturing issue but looked more like a returned "Second" as one component had clearly been placed inside the bag. Seller stated would check for other stock but not heard back from them. No details/ pictures were provided as to the supposed defect. Every option was offered reference a return but the buyer chose not to and apparently instead repaired it themselves. A little suspicious to be honest. We followed fully all customer service options but the buyer chose not to engage and then left negative feedback!
