I purchased this thinking I would receive the version manufactured in the United States. Also, genuine Aruba/HPE SFP transceivers normally ship in a plastic holder sealed with an authenticity tape.     Great storage, cheap, but lacking in speed.

    If you're looking for something inexpensive, but quiet and light on power, this is for you. The only complaint I have is that it only goes up to 70mbps on the reading test. That's not so great. I don't even know how slow it is for the writing test. I recommend using this as a backup, not as a primary hard drive.

    Typical Western Digital GREAT

    This is a very quiet and fast hard drive, and if it is like the two other Western Digital Blue drives I have had for years, it will prove to be exceptionally reliable also, which it is so far. I have and will continue to recommend WD hard drives to my friends.
