    Great pseudo-latte

    The latte tastes great (brewed coffee rather than espresso but it is still really good)...it really only makes one tall cup or two very small cups -but that works for me as I am the only one using it. I actually fill the milk to the 1 cup logo on the pot and the water level to halfway between the 1 & 2 cup logo's and it fills my 15 1/2 oz coffee cup perfectly! It is a little weird having the hot plate in the bottom of the carafe -not sure why they decided to do it that way -but if you clean it right away it doesn't burn like some have complained about. Find a good price and go for it!

    problem with connectivity

    Does not connect with contacts at the top of the pitcher as the old one did. Must jiggle the pitcher to make sure it connects so that the latte wand will spin.

    Like it so much I bought 4 over the years

    From the first one I bought I knew it was perfect for me. I went and bought a 2nd (when they were still being manufactured). Then I found one at a discount store, the last one on clearance. Bought it. Over the years when one part quit I swapped it out using parts from the three. This year I needed another carafe. Looked all over. I bid on one on E Bay and lost it in the final second. Then I found another complete unit from a reputable seller and bought it outright on E Bay. Happy with my purchase though I paid twice what the one I bid on went for. This great product is becoming scarce. Why did they stop making this?

    Very effective latte machine

    This is a great latte machine. No funky steam spray into a can of milk. This machine whips the milk inside the carafe as the coffee brews. Makes a great, hot cup of Joe. It is actually our second machine as we simply wore out our first one. This machine was nearly new and in perfect shape. It was packed well and arrived safely.
