Item arrived double boxed and in perfect condition. Packaging was faultless. The phono stage was as new and better than described being in mint condition with all manuals and peripherals included. Comms were excellent with quick responses to my questions during the installation of the phono stage. The item was fairly priced and the service excellent. Highly recommended. Thank You!

Packaged very well - was shocked as the weight of the speakers combined is 22kg, but the total weight of the package was 33kg. So 11 kg of packaging was used!
