The seller delayed the shipping (reason: experiencing a toxic relationship and some vague illness - none of this I was interested in) and the doll arrived with a broken neck. Poorly packed in a box with taped up holes! The seller refused to make adjustments for the broken doll. I started to send it back but eventually decided to just end the farce. I will never do business with her again. Let the buyer beware!!”
