He contacted me and asked if he could switched the shipping from UPS Ground to Fed Ex home. He said it was going to cost him an additional $20 to ship the method listed on the item. He offered to either: change shipping method, charge me more money, or cancel my order. I found this very unprofessional and rude. So I agreed as long as the item would arrive on time, but it took two days longer. Why?Reply from: rocknrolin- Feedback replied to by seller rocknrolin.- Feedback replied to by seller rocknrolin.I listed the speaker for $99 which was fine for me. The box to ship the speaker wound up being way larger than was put into my auction for the speaker, and thus the shipping cost was $20 more expensive. I messaged the seller and explained this, and offered to either refund him in full, or to switch to FedEx for no additional charge. FedEx shipping was less and the amount paid for shipping covered it. Buyer agreed to shipping charge.
