However: 1) The board was put, without any form of wrapping such as even the most simple plastic bag, let alone ESD bag, directly between two pieces of Styrofoam as can be seen on the enclosed picture. Talk ESD risks, talk mess. 2) Thermistor NTC1 had broken off corner. This could NOT have happened due to packaging.
