Only issue was with FedEx. The driver tossed it on top of another box (kept that video). The box was in terrible condition upon arrival and the tablet was bent in two locations. Was able to straighten it out. The charging cord wouldn't go in the charging port at the bent location. Tablet worked like new with 100% battery capacity.
