    I will look to this seller first for books because of the way it was packaged for shipping. Its is a fairly thick, somewhat heavy book, and It arrived in Perfect Condition. It was bound on the side with a 1/4" thick grey felt, then tightly wrapped with a plastic wrap. Excellent. Book condition was perfect as described. Great job!

    Incredible book in a small package

    Don't let the small spiral bound nature of this book dissuade you. At first I was surprised, had I ordered the incorrect book for class? The amount I paid seemed steep for such a notebook-like collection of papers. I was wrong. And pleasantly surprised. This is a powerful book with solid information and illustrative examples that has helped me to become a better coach, even in only having read a few sections thus far. Highly recommend.
