Binding has minimal wear. The majority of pages are undamaged with minimal creasing or tearing, minimal pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages. Item was packed decently; inside the toolbox is a tool tray and I would have personally wrapped that in paper as to prevent metal on metal rubbing during shipping. Would recommend seller.
