    This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences to date. The seller insisted that the item was as advertised and claimed I was mistaken, asserting that his vendor confirmed the thread pitch of the adapter. A garden hose 3/4" MGHT is not the same as a 3/4" NPT, which is what was sent. We went back and forth without resolution. Stay away from this seller, and thank eBay for stepping in! This seller is not competent in the line of items he re-sells.

    Not sure how to reply. I contacted the manufacturer, they stated they have sold 1000s of these and have never had a problem. I relayed the information to the customer. As you can tell he likes to show his superior knowledge, I know nothing about threads, so I said simply return it. Ebay did not step in. The item was returned and he was refunded. If that was one of the worst experiences he has had in life, then I am very concerned for how he could possibly go on with the world in turmoil.
